Return Policy

Returns

We’re happy to offer free returns on full priced items purchased in our online store. The product must be returned in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method, less the cost of shipping. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Birdie accepts returns for eligible products if the following conditions are met:

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 42 Colorado Avenue, Berkeley CA 94707, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Please make sure your shipment is trackable and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

After you ship your return and it is received, we will issue a refund. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank account. If your return tracking shows as "delivered" and you have not received a refund, please write to hello@shesbirdie.com with the email subject “Waiting on Refund”––include your Name, Email Address, RA#, Order #, and Date of Purchase.

If you received the wrong item in a shipment, don’t worry! We will make it right. Please write to hello@birdiealarm.com with the email subject “Received Incorrect Order”––include your Name, Email Address, Order #, Date of Purchase, and we will respond to your request within two business days. Birdie will provide you with a RA # and instructions.
