-Several of Birdie’s inbound shipments that were due to arrive in early December were unexpectedly held up by U.S. Customs, which was beyond our control.
-They’ve since been released and delivered to our warehouse, and our fulfillment team is working around the clock to get your orders out.
-If you have emailed us for details regarding your order, know that our Customer Service staff has been inundated. We promise they will get back to you. Please have patience; you are our top priority.

We imagine that many of these Birdies are holiday gifts and acknowledge how frustrating this must be. The last thing we want to do is disappoint our customers.
