How to activate your Birdie+

To activate your Birdie+, you need a 12-digit activation code. This code, which will look like "ARDF-KLFC-ZICN", is sent in your order confirmation email when you buy a Birdie+.

If you're unable to find the code in your order confirmation email, you can sign into your account here. Once you've signed in, you should be able to view your past orders, and within your order history you should see the activation ID associated to the Birdie+ you purchased.

If you've tried signing in and are still unable to activate your account, you can contact our support team by emailing support@shesbirdie.com and we will be able to retrieve your activation code.
